City Of Houston, Utilization Assessment of Civic Facilities and Public Areas: L3cities is working with a team of design professional, engineering teams and municipal administrators on the assessment of more that 400-municipal buildings and public parks. The goal of this work is to assess and categorize public venues to understand if they are under or over utilized and where new facilities are needed or where consolidation may be needed.

INNOVA CITY is an innovative urban development spanning 2300 acres in Hangzhou's core, designed for 90,000 residents. It utilizes L3 Cities' simulation platform to forecast new urban systems' effects, fostering entrepreneurial, livable, and efficient districts.
